Shipping policy

Healing Mental Health currently sells digital products. No physical products are shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Unless the relevant product page states otherwise, your digital product or download link will be sent to the email address connected to your order.

Please make sure that the email address provided during checkout is correct.

If you do not receive your digital purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still missing, contact info@healing-mental-health.com and include your name, the email address used for your purchase and your order number where available.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate delivery or access problems.

No shipping fees apply to digital-only products.
