Healing Mental Health (HMH) sells digital guides, workbooks and other downloadable resources. Because digital products are supplied electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the digital content has been provided.
1. Digital products and withdrawal rights
Where required by applicable consumer law, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase.
For digital content supplied immediately, this right may be lost once delivery begins if you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
2. Problems with your digital purchase
If you do not receive your download, the file is corrupt or unreadable, you receive the wrong file, or you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, please contact us at info@healing-mental-health.com.
We will first try to resolve the issue by restoring access, replacing the file or correcting the problem. Where required by applicable law, other remedies may apply, including a price reduction or refund.
3. Change-of-mind requests
Once access to digital content has been provided and the applicable right of withdrawal has been validly waived, we generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind requests.
We therefore recommend reviewing the product description and any available previews or sample pages before purchasing.
4. Payment disputes
If you believe there is an issue with a payment or order, please contact us first so we can investigate it.
We reserve the right to provide relevant order, payment and access information to the payment provider when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.
